Documentaries Rock!
Majestic mountains. Red rock canyons. An archaeological sanctuary and World Heritage site. The tallest sand dunes in North America. Join us for two community screenings of this breathtaking journey through Colorado's National Parks.
Heart of the World blends two of PBS’s most popular programs—Nature and America’s Best Idea—with compelling narrative and stunning production values that include breathtaking helicopter aerials showcasing these parks as they’ve never been seen before. The beauty of these landscapes inspires a sense of “awe,” but understanding their fragility and the extreme measures taken by visionary conservationists to protect them many years ago underscores the need and call for all of us to be good stewards so our National Parks can thrive for generations to come.
